Accompanied by an exceptional guide, you will experience a journey through coves, pristine seabeds, unforgettable scents, sunrises, and sunsets, with Aeolian food handmade by the women of the island.
During the day, enjoy the sea: snorkeling, diving, or relaxing on board under the sun, with cold drinks and delicious lunches. In the late afternoon, we will go ashore to walk among breathtaking views until we reach the best spot for sunset and enjoy authentic dinners, the result of a passion for Aeolian cuisine.

A sailboat is the perfect physical and mental space in which to practice this discipline, immersed in a unique and rejuvenating environment.
The serenity of the open horizons, the sea breeze, the beauty of the ever-changing landscapes, the sound of the waves, and the smell of the sea help to calm the mind and perceive the body in a new way. Being in contact with an element as powerful and alive as the sea allows us to rediscover the primordial energy that flows within each of us.
On the boat, you can practice standing Asanas to improve balance and open the chest and hips; while seated, you can explore twists and stretches. For more advanced positions, such as inversions (vertical or the so-called “candle”), it is preferable to go ashore at picturesque landing places or quiet coves.
Special attention will be given to Pranayama, the control of breath and vital energy, with simple exercises practiced in the morning before breakfast and in the evening to completely regenerate.
If you love sailing and yoga and want to enjoy a different experience on board, all you need is comfortable clothes and your body: we’ll take care of the rest.
