Sail the seas and walk the lands of the Aeolian Islands as you observe one landscape from two very different but equally enthralling perspectives. Dive into crystalline waters and wander Aeolian footpaths. Meet the locals and let the secrets of the island unfold in front of your eyes.
Enjoy being spoiled rotten by your guide, as you travel across cute little islands and pretty coves, taking you on a sensory journey of authentic Aeolian food and aromas. Savor the sea by day.
Whether you want to dive, snorkel, or simply soak up the rays aboard the boat, sipping on something cool to drink and taking a well-deserved rest after lunch, the Aeolian islands really do have something for everyone.
In the afternoon, we’ll explore the island in search of the perfect location to watch the sun go down as we enjoy authentic Aeolian food at a carefully selected spot.

Yoga is the bringing together of mind and body, and of breath and movement. It is the fusion of ourselves with our surroundings, our vital energy aligning with our inner calm, and with the here and now.
Our sailboat is the ideal physical and mental space for you to practice yoga. Relax your mind and rediscover your body, all the while surrounding yourself with calming horizons, a gentle sea breeze, stunning landscapes, the sound of the waves, and the sweetly scented sea.
Connecting ourselves with the strength and power of the sea enables us to rediscover the same vital, primordial energy that exists in each and every one of us. Practicing standing poses (Asanas) aboard the boat will help you work on your balance whilst opening up your chest and hips. You’ll also be able to work on your seated poses including twists and backward and forward bends. For more advanced poses, including inversions such as headstands or the so-called “candle” pose, we recommend you practice ashore, in charming harbors or quiet coves. As well as Asanas, we’ll be practicing Pranayama, literally meaning “the control of the breath of life”. Aside from your breath, it is about gaining control of the energy that travels through your body. In the morning, before breakfast, and again in the evening, we’ll practice some basic breathing techniques. If, like us, you love sailing and yoga and want to experience something different, all you need to bring are some comfy clothes and your body. We’ll take care of the rest!
