At the Helm
The sea has always been my natural home.
Since 2006, sailing has not simply been my profession—it has been the expression of a lifelong calling shaped by heritage, experience, and an uncompromising pursuit of excellence.
My journey began in the competitive waters of the Canary Islands, where racing refined my discipline and respect for the sea. From there, I have sailed thousands of miles as skipper on yachts between 41 and 54 feet, including Lagoon 400 and 440 catamarans, mastering both performance and comfort. In 2013, I completed the prestigious ARC Atlantic Crossing—an experience that marked a defining chapter in my career and confirmed my expertise in offshore navigation, leadership, and advanced safety management.
Yet true mastery goes beyond navigation. My background in the shipbuilding industry has given me an intimate understanding of yachts from the inside out—knowledge that translates into seamless operations, meticulous care, and absolute peace of mind for my guests. Every detail on board is handled with precision, discretion, and foresight.
Over the years, I have explored the Mediterranean’s most captivating cruising grounds: from the crystalline waters of the Ionian Sea to the dramatic coastlines of Croatia, Montenegro, and Albania; from Italy’s iconic archipelagos—the Aeolian, Egadi, Pontine, Tremiti, and Tuscan Islands—to the timeless beauty of Sardinia, Corsica, Sicily, the Amalfi Coast, and the Balearics. Beyond the Mediterranean, I have curated bespoke voyages to the Caribbean, Maldives, and Seychelles, crafting exclusive itineraries designed around each guest’s desires.
I hold an Italian Yacht Master license, RYA and STCW 95 certifications, and additional professional qualifications. Fluent in Italian and Albanian, as well as English and Spanish, I ensure refined, effortless communication with an international clientele.
Life on board is also a celebration of taste. Cooking is my second passion, and I personally prepare gourmet dishes inspired by the sea and the destinations we explore. Each meal is designed to complement the rhythm of the journey, transforming every day into a sensorial experience of sailing, comfort, and flavor.
My relationship with the sea is deeply rooted in family tradition. I grew up immersed in maritime life—my father a Navy General, my brother a naval officer and later captain of a 24-meter sailing yacht. This heritage shaped my approach to sailing: one grounded in competence, sensitivity, and profound respect for the marine environment.
What I cherish most about this profession is the human experience. On board, I welcome guests with quiet attentiveness and refined discretion, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere where time slows and the sea sets the pace.
